Please read these conditions before reserving. They explain payment, preparation and what each traveler is responsible for.
Reservation and payment
A $300 deposit is required to reserve a place. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 90 days before departure. Payment plans may be arranged, but it remains the guest's responsibility to keep payments current.
Deposits and cancellations
The initial deposit is non-refundable. Amounts paid above the deposit may be eligible for a refund according to the published cancellation conditions. Monthly payments become non-refundable 30 days after their due date. Contact the team promptly if your plans change; transferring a place may be possible.
Traveler eligibility
The June 2027 hosted group journey is designed for adults. Private group and family itineraries are separate requests and are confirmed individually.
Travel documents and insurance
Guests are responsible for passports, visas, international flights and comprehensive travel insurance. Visa guidance is provided, but approval remains with the relevant authorities.
Health, diet and accessibility
Dietary requirements, medical considerations and accessibility needs must be shared before booking. The team will confirm what can reasonably be supported across accommodation, transport and planned activities.
Itinerary changes
Weather, flight schedules, local conditions or events outside the organizer's control may require changes. Comparable arrangements will be pursued wherever practical, with guest safety and experience as the priority.
What the price includes
Government taxes, levies and park fees connected to the named itinerary are included. International airfare, visa costs, insurance, optional activities, personal hotel expenses, alcohol and gratuities are not unless expressly stated.
